This is Halloween, Halloween

Greetings ladies and gentlemen,

It's that time of year when all of the ghosts, goblins, and zombies all come out at night to...ask for candy. Yay, candy, who doesn't like candy?

Since I am getting older for one reason or another I keep finding it harder and harder to get excited for this non-holiday. It used to be that all you would have to say is "candy" and "dress-up".  I would be in costume and possibly character (once when I was younger, I was Batman for a solid two weeks) for practically the whole month. These days, however, it takes my mind a little bit more convincing.

It involves movies, well mostly two movies. The movies in question are, in my opinoin, masterpieces, the first more than the last. They gave me laughs and great one liners, and, more importantly (for this blog anyway) gets me in the mood for All Hallows Eve. Ghostbusters 1 & 2, these are the two movies that always give me the Halloween mood.

So, now I ask you, what gets you in the Halloween mood?

Back to Life, Back to Blogging....

Well, looks like it is back to blogging. I haven't done it in quite some time...somewhere in the neighborhood of three maybe four years. Let's see how this pans out.

I already know what you're thinking, what kind of smug asshole names his blog good. Well, this one. I also named it after my surfboards. They are pretty good for a super novice shaper, I think, but the name of the board logo, Bagoose, loosely translates (I'm assuming) into good in Tahitian. So there, Good is the name of the Blog.

So, what do I go over in a blog? How do I, the writer, keep you, the reader or follower, which ever you prefer, interested. What do I go over? Am I to be funny? Witty? Gross? Who knows?
